This view
is from the veranda of our studio condo:

This pool belongs to the hotel
next door. Our pool is adjacent to our building.
The
photo below is of the Studio's kitchen area. On the far
left is a two burner cook top and to the right is a
small sink. The TV sits above the refrigerator on a
slider so that it can be pulled out and viewed from
anywhere in the condo. From this view you can see the
veranda because of a wall mirror behind the
sink area of the
counter. On the veranda is a table, chairs and
barbeque.

The next
photo below is of the studio living area. This
view shows the roll away bed, a queen size
sofa bed. There are also two chairs that can be
carried to the table on the deck, which has two
other chairs. (older photo, before new coffee
table, end tables, and paint)

The
next photo below looks back toward the
bed, which is a queen.
This particular photo hasn't been updated, but there
is now a lockable connecting door between this
studio and our one bedroom condo, so you can rent
them seperately or together.
Water: Bottled water is
provided.
Tap water
is okay to drink, but bottled water tastes
better. If you rent the one bedroom, or both,
then you will have access to the "osmosis"
purification system tap located on the sink of the one
bedroom's kitchen as well. The bathroom and shower are
back behind the bed area. The door you see
here is
the studio's main entrance.

There is air conditioning, refrigerator,
two burner cook top, hot and cold
water sink in the kitchen, microwave, small
toaster oven, coffee maker, all kitchen utensils,
pots/pans, etc., kitchen supplies in the
cabinets below the counter, and a gas barbeque on
the deck. This is a fully stocked kitchen, as
is the case in the one bedroom condo.
A slight benefit to those
who rent both the one bedroom and the studio condos
together is the fact that these verandas combine to
offer more beach view than any
other two-bedroom condo in the La Jolla complex.
If you do nothing but sit on the veranda and watch
the ocean, you
should have a very nice vacation.
